ECG series industrial dual discharge air cooler with ethylene glycol EDG451/DL-ET

Product Overview:
EDG series air cooler developed by our company is designed with air inlet at bottom and air supply on both sides, which is
mainly used for cold store with ethylene glycol aqueous solution as refrigerant. The low-temperature ethylene glycol
aqueous solution circulates in the heat exchange tube of the air cooler to absorb the external heat, so as to achieve the
purpose of reducing the termperature in the store. EDG series air cooler can meet the requirements of cold store at about
10C,0°Cand-18Crespectively.
1. Enclosure: High-quality galvanized steel plate sprayed with powdercoating (silver gray RAL9oo6), with desirable
corrosion resistance; the outer water tray plate is designed with hinged structure, which is convenient to operate;
2. The side sheet of the heatexchanger is made of aluminum plate, which can effectively protect the copper tube and
reduce the weight;
3. Double drain trays design; The outer water tray is deslgned with edge structure with angle, which makes the water draln
smoothly without any dead angle; the inner water tray is designed with sink structure made of aluminum plate, and the
condensed water or defrost water is directly discharged into the drainage outlet of the outer water tray through the inner
water tray;
4. Coil: The aligned tube pattern 50X 50 mm features large heat transfer area, lowheat transfer temperature difference, low
dry food consumption and slow frosting speed of fins;
5.Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilic aluminum foil, with the sheet spacing of 4.0mm,6.0mm and 9.0mm to
meet the requirements of different temperatures and humidity;
6.Fan: External rotor fan with blowingair,operating temperature:-30c~60℃;fan specifications:o450and p500,product
series of different specifications, giving users more choices;
7. Defrosting; The electric defrosting is adopted in the standard manner, and the stainless steel heating tubes are
distributed in the coil fins and the inner water tray, which can bring about desirable defrosting effect; the heating tube
hole in the coll is equipped with an aluminum sleeve to limprove the efficiency of defrosting efect;
8. The lP65 waterproofjunction box are used in fan and heating tube, with better waterproofing, which can lead to high
reliability
9. Itis subjected to strictpressure test at the pressure of 23bar;
